• Maintenance Review

  • (monitoring of pool service, pest control, lawn maintenance, etc)  Please note these services are provided by your contractors. 
    If you do not have a regular service already in place, we can include these services in one of our upgraded Home Watch packages.....
    A One Stop Shopping Source, Multiple Services, ONE Monthly Bill.

• Emergency Weather Alerts

  • Via Email, Text or Phone Call

• Interior and Exterior Visual Inspection for Deficiencies

• Inspect Home Appliances & Fixtures

• Plumbing Leak Inspection (Includes periodically flushing)

• Collect & Forward Mail (Additional Fees Apply)

• Monitor A/C & Humidity in home to prevent mold growth.

 

Additional Services (Call for Custom Quote)

• Hurricane Preparations (Install Shutters, Remove Patio/Lanai Furniture, Secure Loose Items)

• Tenant Reviews (Periodic Damage Inspections for Tenant Occupied Properties)
